    We do not keep or store any of your of your financial information...ever. 

    All of our payments are done thru Paypal (credit card transactions)  PayPal is an industry leader in online payment and security.  All charges from our sites will appear as "Boo2Yoo, Inc." whether you paid via your Paypal account or used our credit card option. 

    WHAT WE DO KEEP!!!

    We do keep your name, physical address, phone number, email address and a record of your order.  We do this incase we have a problem with your order.  We will enter your email address into our list for notifications & newsletters of special events and sales. If you do not wish to receive these notifications you will have the opportunity to opt out. We do not share our customer files with anyone.

    We do keep our promise to always ensure that you get the best customer service that we can provide. 



  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Domestic Shipping:

    We use USPS for most of our shipping inside the United States. Delivery times are between 1-5 days depending on your distance from New Mexico. You will have the option to purchase expedited shipping.

    We do our best to ship all of our orders on the following business day they are received. Orders received on the weekends and holidays will ship on the next business day.

    We must charge sales tax for all orders that are shipped to a NEW MEXICO address.

    We pride ourselves on making sure every one of our orders reaches its destination on time and intact…however, that all starts with you entering your correct address. Please double-check!

    International Shipping:

    At this time, ZOMBIEZOOTIQUE ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, ZOMBIEZOOTIQUE ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.There are a few rules that we have so please read carefully before placing your order.

    1—-All orders will be shipped via USPS so that they can be tracked and insured. Delivery takes 14 business days or longer, depending on your location.

    2—-We cannot ship to P.O. boxes; it must be a home or business.

    3—-Please double-check your address! If you gave us an incorrect address and your item is undeliverable, we will be unable to issue a refund. Include your phone number to help reduce errors with your local carrier.

    4—-Each country has their own tax, duties and customs charges…YOU are responsible for those charges…we cannot label any item as a gift.

    5—-Sometimes we are unable to ship to certain countries. Should this occur with your order you will receive a refund within 48 hours from the time we determine we cannot ship the order.

    6—-International REFUNDS will only be given on damaged items.  We cannot accept International Returns or Exchanges.

  • ZOMBIEZOOTIQUE charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.



  • Return Policy
  • Returns, Replacements & Refunds.

    We gladly accept returns on items that are damaged, defective. Please follow the instructions below to receive a refund or a replacement product. You will be responsible for return shipping of the product, but we will ship back your replacement for free. Sorry, but we cannot reimburse you for your return shipping cost*.

    *damaged items will have all return shipping costs refunded to the method of payment.

    1—Contact us at sales@zombie-zoo.com when you realize that there is a problem with the item, but not more than 7 days after you have received the product.  Please do not ship the item back without contacting us first.

    2—Tell us which product you are returning and why. Also include your name and the state you live in.

    3—We will send you an address to mail the product to and upon receiving the item, we will issue you a refund or send a replacement.

    4—We only accept returns for orders made on this site…anything else must be returned to the store or website from whom it was purchased.

    5—International REFUNDS will only be given on damaged items.  We cannot accept International Returns or Exchanges.
